QUSTODIAN may collect both personally identifiable information (such as your email address, full name, and other information that can be used to identify you), and non-personally identifiable information (such as your personal profile information (“Yoad”), browser information, IP address, search terms, and other information that does not identify you) when you use the QUSTODIAN service.

You do not need to open an account and provide us with personally identifiable information to use our site, but you will need to provide some personal information to make full use of the QUSTODIAN site and service and allow you to earn cash back from your use of the QUSTODIAN service.

Personal Information is collected when you sign up for the QUSTODIAN service and create your account. Your account information includes your mobile phone number, date of birth, gender, post code and email address and forms the Administrative Data of your Yoad. In addition, should you choose, you can add further personal profiling information to your Yoad which includes such information as your First Name, Last Name, physical address and other information. We need this other information to make sure you can receive payments from QUSTODIAN.

SShould you choose to “Invite a Friend” to join your QUSTODIAN network directly from the QUSTODIAN website, we will ask you to provide us with that person’s email address or mobile phone number. We do not store that person’s email address unless he/she decides to join QUSTODIAN.

You can add further personal profiling information to your Yoad which includes such information as your consumer preferences, buying behaviour and other information which may be of interest to commercial entities. We need this other information to match you with commercial entities that match your profile to ensure that you are able to financially benefit from the QUSTODIAN service as well as receive your payments from QUSTODIAN.

QUSTODIAN collects various non-personally identifiable information (information that does not identify you) such browser type, browser language, IP address, origin of the connection, mobile phone information, location, mobile phone usage behaviour etc., when you connect to the QUSTODIAN site from your PC or from your mobile phone. This information is used for statistical purposes to analyze traffic, improve our services, and make sure you receive the correct version of the QUSTODIAN site. Non-personally identifiable information may be conveyed to third parties for marketing purposes and to increase your ability to receive messages from relevant commercial companies to you in the right context (ie. time of day and location).

QUSTODIAN may place "cookies" on your computer hard drive to record your visit and to restore your personalized QUSTODIAN web pages when you log in and connect to the site. A cookie is a small, anonymous parcel of data sent to your browser from our web site and stored on your computer’s hard drive. QUSTODIAN may use cookie information to remember your User Name and password when you come back to the site, so that you do not need to log in every time. When you are logged in, these small files allow QUSTODIAN to remember the personalized pages you have created, track your site navigation, remember your network, etc., in order to provide you with a more seamless user experience.

You can configure your browser to reject all cookies, however if you do this you may restrict our ability to offer our cash back program and you will not be able to sign in to retrieve your personalized settings. As each browser is different as regards how it functions with cookies, you will need to check the "Preferences" setting to adjust your choice about cookies.

QUSTODIAN contains links to other web sites (from your PC and mobile phone) that are offering products and services for sale online. While we endeavour to ensure that these other websites are reputable, we cannot control what happens when you leave our site to go to these other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these other websites, and encourage you to look at the merchant’s respective privacy policies before doing business with them.

QUSTODIAN is the entity responsible for processing your personal information.

The personal information that you communicate to us is safeguarded on QUSTODIAN's secure servers. We limit access to your information to those employees who need access to perform their job functions, such as our customer service personnel. All of our employees are kept up to date on our privacy and security practices.

You may cancel your account whenever you choose and we will discontinue your QUSTODIAN account and delete all your information from our servers. You can do this by the following two methods:

• sign in to your QUSTODIAN account on www.QUSTODIAN.com, select “My Yoad”, then “Service Configuration” and then select “Leave Service” and follow the instructions; or
• send us an email.

Children are not eligible to use QUSTODIAN. By using QUSTODIAN you represent that you are at least 18 years old, as described in our Terms and Conditions of Service.

We will communicate with you via messages to the QUSTODIAN application installed on your mobile phone (or via the mobile internet) for all commercial communication from third parties related to the QUSTODIAN service. We will also use this application (or the mobile internet) to communicate messages from QUSTODIAN relating to our service, software, new product and service offerings, newsletters and warnings etc. You will be able to provide feedback on each message to limit further similar communication, but you cannot opt out of these messages unless you cancel your account.

We may use your email address to communicate with you about commercial communications, updates of the QUSTODIAN software or of the service, new product offerings, newsletters, warnings, etc. You will always receive service related communications from QUSTODIAN. You may not opt-out of these emails unless you cancel your account.

We will not share your personal information with or transfer it to third parties without your consent. If the company is acquired or its assets transferred to another company by means of merger, etc., we will provide notice before the transfer of any personally identifying information. Please be aware that we may provide your personal information to law enforcement if we are required to do so by law or are compelled by a court of law.

Users give their specific consent for the use, processing and transfer of data to all the companies participating in the provision of the Service, either outside or within the European Union including any country in which QUSTODIAN does business.
